Borrowers agree to treat all rented items with care and to return them in the agreed-upon condition and time frame. Late returns or damaged items may result in additional fees or account suspension.

5. Payments and Fees Payments are securely processed through our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Shop on Sherbet may charge service fees, which will be disclosed during the transaction process.

Post false, misleading, or harmful content

Attempt to interfere with the Service’s security or integrity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content and materials on the platform are owned by Shop on Sherbet or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimers Shop on Sherbet is a facilitator of peer-to-peer transactions and is not responsible for the condition, authenticity, or performance of items rented. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop on Sherbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
